PHRC STORE par customer satisfaction hamari pehli priority hai. Agar aap apne order se satisfied nahi hain, to neeche di gayi policy ke mutabiq return ya refund request ki ja sakti hai.

📦 Return Policy

  • Product receive hone ke 7 din ke andar return request ki ja sakti hai.

  • Product unused, original condition aur original packing ke sath hona chahiye.

  • Sirf manufacturing defects, damaged item, ya wrong product deliver hone ki surat mein return accept kiya jata hai.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Neeche diye gaye items return ya refund ke liye eligible nahi hain:

  • Used ya washed products

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Customer ki ghalti se order kiye gaye products

  • Size ya color change (agar product bilkul theek condition mein ho)

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refund sirf us surat mein diya jata hai jab:

    • Product damaged ho

    • Wrong item deliver hua ho

  • Refund Cash on Delivery orders ke liye bank transfer / easypaisa / jazzcash ke zariye diya jata hai.

  • Refund process return item receive hone ke baad 5–7 working days le sakta hai.

  • Agar mistake PHRC STORE ki taraf se ho (damaged / wrong item), to return shipping hum bear karenge.

  • Agar return customer ki wajah se ho, to shipping charges customer ko pay karne honge.
